About You
Individuals looking to find freedom from negative self-talk and reframe past narratives. Those exploring parts of their identity, whether that be creativity or gender. Survivors of trauma and those seeking agency and empowerment. Individuals who feel stuck or are seeking healing in their relationships. Those learning to accept and compassionately love all of their parts.
Therapy with Children + Adolescents
In my work with youth, I seek to provide a space where they feel seen and heard, and can tell their story. I use art therapy, mindfulness, and play approaches to promote resilience in my younger clients, help them develop a positive self identity, increase self-awareness and self-regulation, build confidence and interpersonal skills, and challenge negative patterns. I seek to help them understand the emotions, behaviors, and ideas that contribute to their mental health, and manage them in safe and healthy ways.
Therapy with Adults
In my work with adults, I use a integrative approach, combining art therapy, traditional talk therapy, and somatic (body-centered) approaches to explore mind, body, and spirit. I provide a gentleness in which to explore past trauma or current life transitions, while providing structure and accountability. I’m not afraid to be real with you- I’ll call out the BS with compassion. Individual therapy can help you feel unstuck, make changes, find radical acceptance, and live a more fulfilled life.
